Individual, customized tools designed to support your personal recovery and long-term movement health.

A licensed physical therapist with over 40 years of clinical experience, helping individuals move better, recover faster, and prevent recurring pain.
I am the founder of Madison Avenue Physical Therapy in Sacramento, California, the only McKenzie Method® (MDT)–Certified Clinic in Northern California. I hold a Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) through the McKenzie Institute and attended the inaugural Extremities Workshop hosted by Robin McKenzie.
My work is grounded in the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, a movement-based system that focuses on identifying the true source of pain and empowering people with clear, effective self-treatment strategies they can use beyond the clinic.
My clinical focus is on spine and extremity conditions, including neck pain, back pain, and joint-related injuries. Rather than relying on passive treatments alone, I emphasize education, precise movement assessment, and individualized exercise programs—so clients can take an active role in their recovery and long-term health.
Whether I’m working one-on-one with individuals or supporting organizations through Duffy-Rath System© (DRS), the Experts in Musculoskeletal Wellness, Injury Prevention, and Integrative Ergonomics, my goal is always the same: to reduce or prevent pain, restore or maintain function, and give people the tools they need to stay healthy long-term.
